Starting a pilot

There is no self-service sign-up yet. A pilot is set up for your school by the BuddyAI team.

1. Your BuddyAI contact creates the school - its name, board, academic calendar and the modules the pilot includes - and the first administrator account.
2. The administrator imports one class from a CSV roster (Users, then Roster Import), which enrols the pupils and creates a login for each pupil row that carries an email.
3. Teachers, the head of department and the principal receive an emailed invitation from the school administrator (Users, then Invite a colleague) and choose their own password at the link. Parents receive their accounts from the same contact. Everyone signs in at the page below.
